Frequently asked questions
Who can invest with Endow?

Investments are available to Wholesale Investors or Eligible Investors (as a sub-category of Wholesale Investors) as defined under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. To see whether you may be considered a Wholesale Investor click here.

How can I invest with Endow?

To invest with Endow, all we require is that you complete our online application form, verify your identity and address and certify that you’re a Wholesale investor (please note we may require further information on request).

How is interest paid?

Interest is paid monthly in arrears to Endow. Endow then distributes this interest to its investors by crediting their nominated banking account.

What fees does Endow charge its investors?

Investing through Endow is completely free of charge. There are no hidden fees or signup fees.

Is there a minimum investment amount?

Yes, the minimum investment amount is $10,000.00.

What entities can invest?

Any entity (including Companies or Trusts) is able to invest with Endow, provided that the entity is able to confirm that they are a Wholesale Investor and compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Am I able to withdraw my invested funds before maturity?

Investments are for a fixed term and your principal will remain invested until the Borrower repays the loan. However, should you wish to exit the investment early for any reason, we are able to offer your investment on our Secondary Market for other investors to take over.

What are my tax responsibilities?

Interest is paid monthly in arrears to our Investors and tax is deducted by Endow at your nominated Resident Withholding Tax rate.

How does Endow keep my money and investments protected?

Endow Limited manages the loans on your behalf from subscription to repayment. Endow Nominees Limited holds investors’ money and all securities in trust on behalf of all the Investors which means your investments are kept separate from the day to day operations.

What interest rate can I earn with Endow?

Currently the interest rates being achieved by investors are between 6.5% and 10% p.a.

What happens if a borrower is late on their interest payments or defaults on their repayments?

If a borrower is late in paying, or doesn't pay, you won't be paid until their payment is received. It’s important to remember that with every form of investing there are always risks attached. To mitigate this risk we encourage Investors to diversify their investment amount across a portfolio of multiple loans.

  • not be bankrupt or insolvent

  • have no previous convictions for fraud or dishonesty

Can Investors ask me questions about my loan application?
